Raisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • ½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel
  • 1 ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Raisins

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and mustard in sauce pan.
  2. Slowly stir in vinegar, blend well.
  3. Add lemon juice, lemon peel, water and raisins. Stir over medium heat until thick, clear and bubbly.
